Best Redeveloped Hotel

* Winner is eligible to enter the AHA National Awards Awards

To be eligible to nominate in this category, the redevelopment must have been completed no earlier than 31 October 2022 and no later than 30 November 2024. The whole or part of the hotel (more than one space) must have been redeveloped.

A written submission is required to assist in the assessment of this category and is required by Tuesday 17th December.

(JUDGING – ASSESSMENT OF WRITTEN CRITERIA)

Documents required for submission:

• A written response describing the judging criteria below.
• Supporting documents and images, where relevant.

Judges will be assessing the following points in your written submission:

• Provide a general depiction of your redevelopment and outline the philosophies behind its inspiration.
• How have you achieved innovation in the design and development of your venue?
• Describe the quality of products used and the attention to detail that was provided.
• Describe and demonstrate your commitment to environmental sustainability, including in-house recycling, waste management, energy and water saving initiatives.
• Provide evidence that your redevelopment was completed in the specified timeframe.
• Please include photos of “before” and “after” to show extent of redevelopment

Important:  A concise written submission addressing all bullet points should be no more than 1,000 words in length.
